Detoxifying the body is an important part of Ascension. When we raise our frequency, unresolved trauma, stuck emotions as well as physical toxins are stirred up to be released.

This why I've been working on an Ascension Detox Protocol to support our physical vessels as it releases old energy and expands its capacity to hold more light.

In particular, our gut can accumulate a lot of energetic baggage, and a parasite cleanse is valuable to clear out organisms and bacteria that syphon our lifeforce energy.

🀒 SYMPTOMS:
Recently, I’ve been noticing impulsive sugar cravings, bloating after meals, strange gut squelching at night, involuntary twitching, skin rashes and a white layer of gunk on my tongue. All signs were pointing to a Parasite detox and I was excited to try some new herbal concoctions!

🌝 UNDER A FULL MOON:

  • Stop feeding the parasites: Parasites feast on sugary foods (cookies, cakes, sweeteners) and foods that convert to sugar quickly (grains, pasta, wheat, rice). It’s also advised to avoid gluten, deep fried foods, processed foods, dairy and raw fish.
  • Detoxes can be uncomfortable so set aside dedicated time and space for the cleanse. Expect increased gas, pungent stool, mucus, skin inflammation and other forms of toxin excretion as part of the purification process.
  • Mentally prepare yourself. Detoxes can test your willpower as you wrestle with cravings and impulses. They can also bring up challenging emotions so be warned! 

 

 

  • Lime water is the perfect way to hydrate, purify, and revitalise your body each morning. It is a good source of vitamins C and B and minerals such as calcium and magnesium and helps to break up sediment and stones in the gallbladder.
