To help you stay energetically calm and centered, we are hosting 'Monthly Grounding', a free online group meditation on the first Sunday of each month inside our community New Earth Portal.

Our intention is to create a restorative refuge to connect with the grounding presence of Gaia, practice stillness of the mind and cultivate more inner peace and spaciousness.

If you are new to meditation or would just like a group to practice with, we invite you to join us in our online community, New Earth Portal where Kevin will be hosting monthly group sessions featuring breathing exercises, visualisation journeys and energy clearings. Each session will be intuitively guided and include a short Ascension Update beforehand.
